The moral code you are referring to is this:
“Finally, there's a fourth Dynamic morality which isn't a code. He supposed
you could call it a ‘code of Art’ or something like that, but art is usually
thought of as such a frill that that title undercuts its importance.” (Lila. p.
167)
My emphasis.
This is the essence of creative intellect (static repertoire of value
patterns) responding to (DQ) when it just sits, or Zazen; in a flash of insight, in
(day)dreams; beginners mind, gazing with the wonder of a child. Of course, we
do this all the time with varying degrees of excellence - and the excellence of
our insights is found in the response of others when they share in the beauty
of new ideas or methods of expression.
