Hi all teachers
Philosopher Roy Bhaskar wrote recently that when he teaches
he can only ever lay the ground for the pupil
to grasp what he is saying, for knowledge to be gained
you have to wait for the pupil to make the leap of understanding.
Bhaskar suggest that all understanding requires a leap over
the dualistic divide of subject-object.
Would we agree?
