AD: i don't think that hetero/homo sexuality has to do with gender.
gender is a social construct and though it may determine is another
person is attracted to you, it doesn't determine one's own sexual
preference. As an example, transgendered people can be either straight
or gay.

AD: i agree that this is the question, but either way, i think it has
to do with sex/sexuality and not gender. The nature versus nurture
debate surrounding homosexuality is ongoing in the world, and,
honestly, i don't know that we can answer it here. Even if we can agree
on the parameters of the biological level, i don't see how we could
place homosexuality for certain in either (bio or social).
any other thoughts on gender anyone?
