Dear Johnny,

>How dynamic was it? Did you ever go up?
Very dynamic! The freefall taught me about the relativity of time. And
breathing! I never went up, but I had a friend who wouldn't come
down. She was suspended and floated sideways 6 miles away from the DZ. It
was her first, and last jump. In the 70s, students jumped alone with a
static line, rather than tandem. - Have you jumped?
>As an activity, it is social - we make art to show it to other people,

I liked Gauguin's bold use of color. Do you paint? Or do something
else? Where do you get your inspiration? What pushes your creativity
button?
I can't agree with you. I'm don't paint for someone else. Painting is a
very solitary experience. I'm finding my own style based on my own
internal dialogue. Painting is like life. When painting I play with lost
and found edges, and so too in life. It's a struggle, but I love it.
