Hi all,
Just a general question for discussion:
A society decides that a certain business activity is netting a low
quality outcome for its citizens. This society grabs a twinkle of DQ
and passes a law restricting this activity, resulting in a moral
latch-up.
However, some individuals or institutions in the society really,
really want to participate in the now illegal activity, so they
decide to open branch offices in a different society, where no such
law has been passed.
This decision is not technically illegal, but is it IMMORAL,
according to the MOQ?
Thanks for any thoughtful feed back.
