    I think they both experience a deviation from the social level, in that way
    they are equally insane if that's a valid term to use, and that is why
    Pirsig recognised what she was going through. They differ in insanity
    because Pirsig was intellectually insane and Lila biologically insane, but
    that is just my opinion.
