Johnny,
Oops. In my last post to you I 'misspoke' when I said....
RICK (from last post)
"Static patterns of
> value are "the universe of distiguishable things (LILA ch9 p138)". But
they
> are not reality themselves. They are the distiguishable aspects of
reality
> that obviously must *follow* the Dynamic Quality from which they are
> distinguished."
What this should have said was...
RICK (Corrected)
"Static patterns of value are "the universe of distiguishable things (LILA
ch9 p138)". But they are not reality *ITSELF*. They are the distiguishable
aspects of reality that obviously must *follow* the Dynamic Quality from
which they are distinguished."
Of course, static patterns are real. What I meant to imply was that they
are not the entirety of reality, but merely the distinguishable aspects of
reality that follow in the wake of reality's Dynamic aspects.
I apologize for any possible confusion this misstatement may have caused.
take care,
rick
