    Arlo,

I just don't get why you don't think you pander to
    partisan politcs?
How can you keep saying republican
this....conservative that..and not be pandering to
partisan politics? Wasn't there a proposal to stick
to issues and not revert to the labels? And please
you can't blame that on Platt too.

Marxism seems just as left-right as partisan politics
too ....it is just extremely left.

I am beginning to think the only way to not be in the
left-right is to be apolitical....and not really sure
if that is rising above politics or just avoiding it.
I like the idea of treating people as individuals and
not using some political label so apolitical is
attractive but don't think I want to avoid politics
either (don't agree it is real philosophy because it
is about the real world sentiment though you and Platt
    talked about recently)
But to suggest Marxism is a balanced view and that you
are suffering attacks from the left and the right is
hard to see...if you are suffering attacks from the
"you are uncaring" left that is self flagellation
...so stop beating up on yourself!!!!!!!!
Seriously when you get into one of your rants with
Platt AND think you are not pandering to politics is
    just lost on me.
