They are both equally an accumulation of patterns of value. Compassion
doesn't mean you have to like everyone the same, or not have any preferences
about how people behave. You can still think some actions are evil, and
some people are wicked, etc, and be compassionate. Compassionate just means
that you recognize that DQ made everyone, we all chose the greatest apparent
good that circumstances and static patterns presented to us.
By "equal worth" I mean that all people are of infinite worth, and are
incomparable and immeasurable. You can compare and measure people in
certain respects, even many respects, but you can't compare their humanity,
you can't say one person has more humanity or dignity than another person.
