Andy: This is not a perfectly spatio-temporal maechanism. A perfectly
spatio-temporal mechanism would be a continuum, don't you think? Now I am aware
of some computer scientist proposing a digital universe and Wolfram is one who
seems to have these tendencies, but this is hardly conventional. THese people
are rather considered to be preety far out there. Not that I would hold that
against them, but...
