The term degeneracy is a static imposition of value do you not think?
If i regard degeneracy then i do so in a relationship between 'my' static
patterns of value and those i find degenerate.
It may be that i cannot distinguish between degeneracy and Dynamic change? I
do not feel there is a way of telling until the change has become a coherent
SQ-SQ tension.
Perhaps we may discern a mark of progression here? New coherent relationships
may be preferred?
