    hey johnny,

as i understand it free will exists and so does
    determinism. complementarity of opposites. the
essential is the paradoxical. pretentious, moi!?

a vege diet reinforces a vege diet; a non- vege diet
reinforces a non-vege diet. *gradual* change is key i
    think.
